This the year to be your best you! With school starting up again, we wanted to share a few tips to help you set yourself up for success each and every day.

Get Enough Sleep
Feeling good all day long starts with getting a good night’s sleep every night. Create a routine that let’s you have time to relax before bed so you’ll be able to fall asleep. Then, you can wake up ready to take on the day!

Plan Your Outfit The Night Before
Avoid the “I have nothing to wear!” panic by planning your outfit for the next day before you go to bed. Many successful people wear “uniforms” (yes, even people in the fashion industry) so they don’t have to waste any brain power in the morning on getting dressed. If this is too extreme for you, just planning your outfit the night before will help your morning go smoothly.

Eat A Wholesome Breakfast
It’s happened to all of us. The moment the room gets quiet, your stomach decides to start grumbling, complaining because you skipped breakfast. Avoid this by eating a healthy breakfast in the morning. Oatmeal or yogurt and fruit are easy (and yummy!) options when you’re in a hurry.

Sing In The Shower
Literally and figuratively! Life is better when you’re happy. So sing in the shower when you’re getting ready for school and see how it can help you keep positive vibes all day long.

Stay Organized
There comes a point in the school year where the work keeps piling on and starts to feel overwhelming. Do yourself a favor and stay on top of all of your classes from the beginning. Buy a cute notebook from your fave store and write things down. This will help you not forget anything and as a bonus you’ll feel great every time you get to cross something off your list.

Get Involved
Join as many after school activities as you can that won’t affect your school work. A few ideas if you’re interested in modeling and acting: joining a sports team will help you stay fit, the debate team can help with public speaking and the drama club can get you invaluable experience and stage time for your resume.
