Feeling stressed? Not sure what the best way to deal is? Here are a few of our favorite stress busters…

    • Relax – Make sure you take breaks to keep yourself from burning out.

 

    • Breathe –  Deep breaths can help you refocus on what is stressing you out and allow you to think through how to make it better.

 

    • Get lots of sleep – Aim for 7 to 8 hours a night to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

 

    • Eat healthy food – You’ve heard the saying ‘You are what you eat.’ Watch what you are eating and don’t skip meals (especially breakfast).

 

    • Exercise – Get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day to keep your energy level up.

 

    • Accept what you can’t change –  It will all work out.

 

    • Organize – Staying organized can help feel confident and able to tackle problems head on.

 

    • Manage your time – Don’t try to do everything at once.

 

    • Be Nice – Be nice to yourself and try and do your best.

 

    • And most of all – have fun and SMILE!
